Shipping policy

All our products are handmade in small batches. All posted products are on hand unless stated otherwise and will be shipped in 1-2 days. For preorders or orders with customization, lead time is 2-4 WEEKS. If you needed an item sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

We use either Lalamove, Grab or Gogo Express to ship your orders. We will notify you if your order is on its way. 

You can also opt for pick-up. Our pick-up location is in upper Antipolo  (pin "Woodmark Toys"). We will notify you once order is ready for pick-up. If you choose this option, we will email you with our pickup details. Buyer is responsible for arranging booking if using a third party pickup service. 

Shipping is flat rate at  Php150 for orders coming from Metro Manila and Rizal. For the rest of Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, shipping is calculated at checkout.
