Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or refund for all defective items at our discretion. Please contact us  within 14 DAYS from receipt of order. This applies to all items that are received damaged, or if item breaks  within 14 days from receipt of order. This does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse and regular wear and tear. 

To start the return request, please email us at hello@woodmarkph.com with the following information:

1. Order number

2. Date item was received

3. Reason for return

4. Picture of defective item

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the issue and will notify you if request is approved or rejected. If your return is accepted, we will communicate with you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of all return fees.

if a replacement of the product is out of stock, you will be refunded via your original payment method. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange or refund for change of mind. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
